It is important that both parties acknowledge that they have reviewed all of the information on their Marriage License Application, including, but not limited to, names, dates of birth, address, Social Security number, and marriage number. The couple confirms and agrees that if discrepancies are found after the marriage license has been recorded, they will be required to pay an amended license fee to the County Clerk of Courts.
 

A court order and associated filing fees may apply and will be required.  You may need to retain an attorney for an additional fee (if necessary) if the Court Clerk deems it necessary. By clicking you both accept as a couple any additional fees apply for any discrepancies.
